"Website showed one thing, but it arrived beat up"
I was a bit confused because the website made it seem like the item would be packed securely, but when it showed up the box was crushed and looked battered. Thankfully it arrived, but the packaging definitely wasn’t great.

"Didn’t really notice any results"
I’m not sure if I used it wrong or expected too much, but it didn’t seem to do anything for me. Has anyone else had the same experience?

"I wish they’d kept me updated better"
My order turned out fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but I was annoyed by the lack of updates. After I bought it, I felt like I was left to figure out what was happening on my own, which isn’t really what I want after spending my money. They did reply when I reached out, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I might use them again, but i’d feel a lot better if they communicated more clearly without me having to chase.

"Fell apart sooo fast"
I was disappointed with this. It felt cheap right away, and after about a week it just broke. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but still… it fell apart wayyy too fast.

"Slow help, and it felt a bit careless"
I ordered from petwiz.co.uk and, to be fair, most of the delivery looked fine at first glance. But once I actually checked the bits I needed, I noticed one item was missing and another was the wrong size, which was frustrating.
I emailed them about it and then spent the next few days mostly just watching for a proper reply. They did eventually sort out a refund, but I had to chase them twice, and that made the whole thing feel more hassle than it should have been.

It wasn’t a total disaster, and I know mistakes happen, but the way it was handled felt slow and not especially careful. I’d probably think twice before ordering again, especially if it was something I needed quickly

"Nice idea, but frustrating to use"
I liked the idea of petwiz.co.uk and it seems like it could be useful for pet owners, but actually using the site was frustrating. The pages felt a bit cluttered, and I kept getting lost trying to find simple things. On my phone, some of the buttons weren’t very clear either, so after a few minutes I ended up giving up. Hopefully it gets easier to navigate, because the concept itself seems good

"Looked fine at first, then got annoying"
I ordered a few pet bits from petwiz.co.uk because everything I picked was showing as in stock. At first I thought, great, nice and easy, job done. Then after I’d paid, I got a message saying some of it actually wasn’t available and the order would be delayed.

i was trying to be relaxed about it, but no, that really wound me up because I needed the stuff that week. If something isn’t in stock, don’t let people buy it like it is. I probably won’t be hurrying back to use them again.

"I had a frustrating experience..."
I had a frustrating experience trying to figure out the pet acceptance details. At first, the info seemed fine, but once I looked closer, it wasn’t really clear what was allowed and what wasn’t. I ended up double-checking things on my own and still didn’t feel totally sure. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was hoping it would be smoother, but it ended up being more of a hassle than expected. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"Order mix-up that left me hesitant to come back"
I ordered two bags of the same food and a pack of treats, but when the box arrived, one of the bags was the wrong size and the treats were something completely different. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it did throw off the whole reason I ordered in the first place.

I sent an email with photos and then waited quite a while to hear back, which made the mistake feel more frustrating than it needed to be. I get that mix-ups happen, but for me, the way a company handles them says a lot, and this experience didn’t give me much confidence about ordering again.

"I’ve been a loyal customer for a while..."
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really wanted to stick with this brand, but the checkout process was frustrating. My payment kept failing over and over, and it took way too long before it finally went through. I still like the products, but this made ordering feel like way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

"Delivery lets it down"
Ordered from petwiz.co.uk twice. Both times, delivery was late. Not the end of the world, but annoying when it’s pet stuff you actually need. Updates weren’t great either. Products were fine. Delivery? Not sure I’d risk it again

"Am I missing something with the selection?"
Am I missing something, or is the range on there limited? I couldn’t find half the stuff I needed, and the filters didn’t really make it easier to narrow things down. I ended up just shopping somewhere else

"Returns were way harder than I expected"
I expected the return process with Petwiz to be straightforward, but it turned into a real hassle. Replies took ages, the instructions weren’t clear, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this felt unnecessarily difficult, almost like they make it awkward on purpose. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Still Waiting for a Reply"
I emailed twice about my order and thought, okay, maybe they’re just busy, give it a bit. But nope, nothing back at all. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple update and feel completely ignored. Really poor customer service, and I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from them again
